FEB 2026

Feb 6, 2026 (FRI) ~ Darin Gentry’s Old Time Machine – RESERVE SEATS  (Suggested $25-30 at the door) ~ Darin Gentry (fiddle, clawhammer banjo), Dale Adkins (guitar), Joe Ellingson (vocals/mandolin/guitar), Suzanne Adkins (bass)

With the addition of Joe Ellingson to the trio of Darin, Dale and Suzanne Adkins, DG’s Old Time Machine kicks everything up a notch with a solid old time groove, killer vocal harmonies, with a little bit of swing, honkytonk and bluegrass thrown in to make it even more fun.

Hailing from the hills of Western North Carolina, Darin Gentry is the embodiment of traditional Appalachian music rooted firmly in the old time masters on fiddle and banjo. Listening to Darin, you are immediately transported to another era and mesmerized by his soulful renditions of the music on which he was raised. From a deeply musical family, Darin is steeped in the traditions from hearing the playing of his grandparents and great grandfather, whose banjo he still plays today. Whether its old time, bluegrass, honky tonk or country, Darin is not confined to one style of playing. Equally adept at fiddle, clawhammer banjo, bass and guitar, Darin was mentored early on by the legendary West Virginia musician Dwight Diller who claimed that Darin is “in my opinion one of the best under-thirty clawhammer banjo players today.”

Feb 8, 2026 (SUN) ~ MARY FLOWER & LEON COTTER – RESERVE SEATS –  (Suggested $30 at the door) ~

“Mary Flower’s masterful, yet comfortable, virtuosity melds with Leon Cotter’s smooth, wide-ranging improvising to give us a complex, fascinating take on two brilliant musicians at the height of their powers. This duo is magic!” -Meredith Carson, KGNU Radio, Boulder, CO.

Mary Flower’s immense finger-picking guitar and lap-slide prowess is soulful and meter-perfect, a deft blend of the inventive, the dexterous, and the mesmerizing. Her supple honey-and-whiskey voice provides the perfect melodic accompaniment to each song’s story.
An internationally known and award-winning picker, singer/songwriter and teacher, the Midwest native relocated from Denver to the vibrant Portland, Oregon music scene in 2004. She continues to please crowds and critics at folk festivals, teaching seminars and concert stages domestically and abroad, that include Merlefest, Kerrville, King Biscuit, Prairie Home Companion and the Vancouver Folk Festival, among many. Mary Flower says, ‘Playing w/ Leon will be the most fun way for me to celebrate another trip around the sun.’ Learn more about Mary Flower here –  (https://www.maryflower.com)

Clarinet player Leon Cotter has led a varied musical life, spending much of the last decade touring the country with soul/blues band The California Honeydrops, while maintaining a reputation as a sought after sideman and bandleader in Portland, Oregon.
He draws from a deep well of inspiration as an improvisor and soloist, with influences ranging from 20s clarinet virtuoso Sidney Bechet, to South African piano legend Abdullah Ibrahim, to folk and bluegrass masters like Tony Rice and Tim O’Brien. When he’s not out with the Honeydrops, Leon performs regularly with Portland based bands Social Music (led by drummer Alan Jones) and Reb & the Good News, and leads his own quartet.

Feb 19, 2026 (THURS) ~ JORDAN TICE TRIO ~ RESERVE SEATS – (Suggested $25-30 at the door) ~ Jordan Tice (Guitar), Patrick M’Gonigle (Fiddle), Alan Mackie (Bass) Jordan Tice is a musical seeker of the most dedicated sort. Listening to the breadth of his discography, which includes 7 projects as a solo artist and 6 as a founding member of the string band, Hawktail, one will hear this dedication at play. Equally virtuosic as a flatpicker and fingerstylist, and with a casual vocal style, Tice conjures ingredients from far-flung worlds with ease which has earned him glowing press from such outlets as NPR and American Songwriter and taken him to stages such as the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and the Ryman Auditorium.

His performances call upon the repertories of American and British Isles folk, bluegrass, blues and pop-oriented songs, and though his earlier releases are instrumental in focus, he has been carefully honing his craft as a singer-songwriter in his most recent work. This includes his Motivational Speakeasy (produced by Kenneth Pattengale of The Milk Carton Kids) and Badlettsville projects which make it easy to confuse his originals for timeworn chestnuts.

Having filled the roles of guitar ace, sideman (w/ Aoife O’Donovan, Andrew Marlin of Watchhouse and David Rawlings), songwriter and student of American music for the better part of his life, Jordan’s songs are enriching for all manner of listeners, from guitar fanatics to more casual fans of Americana music. He delivers performances that are not weighted by any one area of his prowess, allowing listeners to join his world of candor, wit and ineffable facility with comfort.

Feb 21, 2026 (SAT) ~ Rob Flax and Slava Tolstoy: Ten String Tigers! – RESERVE SEATS – (Suggested $25-30 at the door) ~ Rob Flax (violin / vocals) and Slava Tolstoy (guitar / vocals) ~ Slava and Rob have toured all around the USA with various projects (International String Trio, Fedor Chistyakov, Boom Chick Trio, etc). Both are virtuoso performers on their instruments (guitar and violin) as well as accomplished singers.

Rob Flax is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist, composer, and educator from Chicago, IL with a playful heart and an open mind. He has performed nationally and internationally with groups of many different styles, including opening for B.B. King and Tower of Power, playing viola and violin with the Trans Siberian Orchestra and YouTube star Jacob Collier, upright bass in an Argentine tango ensemble, mandolin and fiddle in various bluegrass bands, electric violin in several rock bands, collaborations with modern dancers, and more. As a composer Rob has written music for choreographers, film (including work on projects for James Franco and Anthony Bourdain), and several original projects. Rob is a graduate of the New England Conservatory, and he currently lives in Boston, MA. Rob’s favorite composer is Fred Rogers, and like Mister Rogers Rob strives to create a better world using his musical gifts to spread light and joy, he describes his music concisely: “I play things with strings, I hit stuff, and I sing.” Behind this simple tag line lies a rich depth of genre-bending, from classical and jazz violin to bluegrass fiddle, to blues and rock influences, and beyond.

Slava Tolstoy is a Boston based guitarist, singer and producer. He has toured and recorded in duo with Fedor Chistyakov – the leader of a legendary rock band “Nol” as well as with Boris Pelekh – the guitarist of Gogol Bordello. For many years Slava has performed all around the US with his instrumental project – “International String Trio” that blends jazz, classical and gypsy music. Slava’s solo album with original pop-rock songs “Songs About the Sea” – was released in 2021 and is all about meaningful lyrics, catchy melodies, and political satire. From the very first days of Russia’s war on Ukraine, Slava took a very firm position against the invasion. He participated in numerous pro-Ukrainian fundraisers and concerts al over USA, in Germany and Canada. In the fall of 2022 Slava released an anti-war song “You’re Out” that gained significant recognition across the globe. Over the course of his career he has worked and collaborated with such outstanding and diverse performers as Fedor Chistyakov, Olli Soilkkeli, Lynn Harrell, Vadim Neselovskyi, Kenny Aronoff, Ben Powell, Eric Marienthal, Ruslan Sirota, and many more.

For this show they will each present a solo set of tunes and songs highlighting their individual approaches to their instruments, before joining forces in musical dialogue to close out the night.

MARCH 27, 2026 (FRI) ~ FOG HOLLER ~ RESERVE SEATS ~ (Suggested $25-30 at the door) ~ Casey James Holmberg (He/him) ~ Banjo / Vocals; Tommy Schulz (He/they) Guitar / Vocals; Noa (She/they)  Bass Fiddle; Clare Armenante (She/her) Fiddle

Fog Holler is a bluegrass band with an edge. What gives them that edge is a topic of hot debate. For some, it’s musicianship – these bluegrass cats shred. For others, it’s the songwriting, traditional in style but topical in substance. Sometimes, they undeniably snare people with the squad factor – folks see 4 grown adults in matching monochrome, and they get curious. The secret, according to Fog Holler, is simply that they write and play bluegrass in 2026, with similar intention but very different context from the genre’s originators.

Inspired by a range of influences from The Stanley Brothers to Buck Owens to Meshuggah, Fog Holler breathes fresh life into well worn forms like the murder ballad and the power waltz. Described by two-time Grammy Award Winner Cathy Fink as “The next generation of the many shades of grass”, Fog Holler’s captivating tunes and coordinated outfits are quickly enthralling longtime bluegrass fans and newcomers alike.
